What is it
Access control through scanner-type readers, which identify the workers who are going to enter your project, and notify them on a screen so that you only allow them to pass if their QHSE and administrative documentation is correct and indicates that they are suitable in real time at the same time that you mark your entry and/or exit times for a later control of your days and hours worked.
It is possible to place multiple intercommunicating readers at different entrances to the entry and / or exit project.
How does it work
By scanning some identity cards with an unforgeable QR code that the subcontractors themselves can print to their workers, you will know the documentary status in real time, and the detail of their entries and exits, subsequently obtaining exportable reports to Excel automatically.
In addition, you will be able to consult the photograph of the person who accesses through the screens connected to the reader, reducing the risk of impersonations.
