How it works
FAQ Marketplace
Marketplace brings together the largest community of suppliers and buyers of Construction Groups in Spain, to help them engage with each other commercially.
- Buyers can easily interact with suppliers for whom they have information regarding their degree of compliance, experience, and other risks. They can find ideal suppliers for their purchases, studies or expressions of interest by filtering criteria only available on our platform.
- Suppliers may discover new business opportunities in a variety of ways: from public sources or from one-off opportunities brought to the market in the form of a purchase, a study, or an expression of interest for specific projects.
There are two ways to get opportunities on Marketplace:
- Through the search for tenders and works in “Find Opportunities”: here you will enjoy information from various sources (which we are progressively increasing) and where you can search by your activity (“concrete structure”) and any keyword that interests you (“hospital”), as well as by geography and other criteria. You will be able to save any type of search and set follow-up alarms to observe changes in your searches or set alarms for new developments. We will also publish purchases, studies and expressions of interest launched by construction companies from different study departments when they match your company profile and to which you were not invited so that you can express your interest.
- Via”follow my opportunities”: here you can find opportunities posted by purchasing departments and studios to which you have been invited by:
- Belong to the buying company’s supply chain.
- You have appeared in the search results of the purchasing company when looking for a company with your profile and have been invited.
- Have been invited to be part of the supply chain of a purchasing company.
If you are a subcontractor and CAE client of our platform , there is no additional cost, although you will have different levels of access depending on the CAE services contracted. In 2025 all our CAE customers will have the same level of access.
Otherwise, for example, if you are a manufacturer, distributor or if you are not doing the CAE with Nalanda, please contact us.
If you are a subcontractor and CAE client of our platform,
– Your company will automatically be included in the supply chain of all the companies you have worked for.
– In your company profile, your image will be optimal:
– The history of the works in which you have participated will appear showing your experience.
– Your essential pre-qualification level CAE, Sustainability, Financial and others will appear which will also be free of charge for your company.
– In the comparative reports of the buyers, all this information will appear, favouring the opportunities of your company.
You will see progressive improvements in both the sources of information and the opportunities to which you are invited.
At Once For All we are very serious about our roadmaps and we will not stop making improvements that you will notice.
Anyone who has responsibility for the sale or offer to studies is eligible to use Marketplace.
If you are a CAE customer, the person who signed the last CAE contract with us will always have access.
You can register as many users in Marketplace as you wish.
Log in with your Nalanda passwords and click on the banner at the top of the screen: you can’t get lost;
Later on, we will modify things so that you can access it from the side menu from which you access other services.
