You can choose in Nalanda any of these three options and change it whenever you want:
– Receive and send documents: all the documents you upload to Nalanda will be sent to the platforms associated to Konvergia and the ones you upload to other platforms will be sent to Nalanda.
– Receive documents: you will receive in Nalanda the documents you upload to Konvergia’s associated platforms.
– Send documents: the documents you upload to Nalanda will be sent to Konvergia’s partner platforms.
Log in and enter Nalanda. In the left menu, choose “Administrator” and in the section “My Company / Business Center” select “Konvergia”. Follow the steps. You will have to register in Konvergia only once and select how you want the sending and receiving of documents explained above to take place.
- Can’t see the Administrator button? This is because you do not have the necessary permissions. Contact us via chat, once you have logged in to Nalanda and we will help you.
With the passwords you obtain when you register with Konvergia, you will be able to easily access and view the status of all your documents on all associated platforms. Please note that this service has its own Konvergia fee that you can check at https://konvergia.com.
No problem: Konvergia is smart and will always keep the last document you have uploaded, while respecting the options you have configured for sending and receiving documents.
Each platform will validate your document with its own criteria, whether you have uploaded it directly, or traveled from another platform.
